Spaccato di vita della professione più inflazionata e più ricercata dagli italiani con la speranza di lavorare poco e guadagnare molto.
In questa canzone vengono analizzati alcuni frammenti di vita di questi liberi professionisti: l’ingorgo in autostrada, il pranzo in trattoria rigorosamente soli, l’eleganza sempre un po’ forzata, le tentazioni lontano da casa e altro.
Anch’io come ogni buon italiano medio ho fatto il rappresentante ed è per questo che ho deciso di scrivere questa canzone.
Il brano è in stile pop italiano “alla Lucio Dalla” con commenti di clarinetto e sax alto che rendono al brano una sonorità un po’ dixieland.
