MAL D'AFRICA

La voglia di viaggiare di scoprire paesaggi esotici fuori dagli schemi quotidiani,
l'Africa con le sue sterminate pianure è preso a simbolo di quell'esotismo, quell'avventura
che a volte malcapitati turisti credono di vivere rinchiusi in qualche fantomatico villaggio turistico.
Barbeque tipico, cene a tema, souvenirs improbabili, animatori indigeni fino a quando l'ultimo giorno, si scopre che in realtà sono di Bergamo.
In questo bazar di emozioni il turista rincasa felice con un mucchio di noiose fotografie e souvenirs marcati Taiwan.
La musica è stata arrangiata in maniera orchestrale alla Duke Ellington jungle style con utilizzo della
batteria afro e barriti di sassofoni.
Il sound, ( forse perche non sono un grande arrangiatore, oppure perchè le mie origini sono istriano-dalmate) più che ricordare l'Africa ricordano quelle folcloristiche orchestre balcaniche che allietano
le sagre paesane in estate nelle isole di Cherso e Lussino.
La sonorità mi ha comunque entusiasmato ed ho deciso di tenere l'arrangiamento anche perchè ognuno l'Africa la trova un po' dove vuole.
